I am honored to be the key-note speaker at the Art of Science Symposium.
BioArt Lab at the University of Pennsylvania invites you to the Art of Science Symposium, a celebration of how art can serve as a powerful tool for scientific visualization, storytelling, and public engagement. Learn from speakers at the forefront of art and science, discover student artwork from our art-science sessions, and enjoy complimentary refreshments while viewing an exhibition of community artwork.
We invite submissions of original artwork that explores the intersection of art and science. Whether you’re an artist, scientist, or someone with a passion for creative expression, we welcome submissions from all backgrounds and experience levels. Selected works will be featured in the symposium and included in a permanent digital gallery. Submissions are open to all mediums, including visual, 3D, video, interactive, and narrative.
BioArt Lab is a student-led initiative at the University of Pennsylvania that explores the intersection of art, science, and community engagement. Through partnerships with local Philadelphia schools, we design hands-on workshops that inspire curiosity and foster accessibility in STEAM education.
BioArt Lab at Penn is supported by the Sachs Program for Arts Innovation Student Grant, Penn Medicine CAREs grant, and the Netter Center for Community Partnership.
